Lackland, TX – On May 10th 2017, Pioneer Industries, Inc. received a, 5-year contract from Lackland Air Force Base Labs. Pioneer Industries, Inc. is managing the Deionization of water for all system maintenance, parts, onsite service and repairs at over 20 different buildings within the Lackland Air Force Base.

Warner Robins Air Force Base, GA – May 1st 2017, Pioneer Industries, Inc. just received a long-term contract estimated at over $4,000,000. The product in the contract are sensitive, hazardous, shelf life material. Pioneer will assemble the kits at the company’s 20,000 square foot facility prior to shipping to the appropriate military facilities. Pioneers effort will keep the C130’s ready for their mission for years to come.

Washington, D.C. – On April 18th 2017, David Yormack, an owner of Pioneer Industries, Inc. participated in a Defense Industry Round Table hosted by US Congressman Thomas Suozzi. Mr. Yormack was active in initiating these meetings with congressman Suozzi. Other leading Long Islands defense contractors included BAE Systems, Northrop Grumman and Telephonics.

FORT BELVOIR, VA – Pioneer Industries, Inc. participated in the “Captains of Industry” event at DLA headquarters on February 12, 2014.

Twelve (12) premier suppliers attended this event, hosted by DLA Director, Vice Admiral Mark Harnitchek. David Yormack, a Principal at Pioneer, was in good company with the “Captains” of firms, such as Colfax, Eaton, Electric Boat, Meggitt, Raytheon, Rockwell Collins and Vacco.

This round table created an open forum between the government and industry leaders to learn about DLA’s challenges and recommend operational efficiencies.

David Yormack said “It was an honor to be invited and represent our PVP Members. This is an excellent opportunity to use our elite position to guide the DLA to design better procurement and logistics policies.”

Follow up meetings are expected to occur several times throughout the year.

Warner Robins Air Force Base, GA – On January 12th, Pioneer received over $200,000 worth of orders to supply 1,400 4 pound kits to keep the C-130s flying. This is a critical item. Pioneer’s team is working diligently with the supplier and DLA command to expedite the delivery to avoid a work stoppage at Warner Robins Air Force Base. This material is complex because it is hazard material and there is kitting that we need to make.

Farmingdale, NY – On January 1st, The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives(BATFE) has completed an assessment and Federal Firearms License has been renewed. This accreditation allows Pioneer Industries, Inc. to continue to support the warfighter with long and short barrel guns.
