FARMINGDALE, N.Y – As Pioneer continues to thrive, the Company made an investment in their state-of-the-art warehouse facility. These enhancements have resulted in a substantial amount of additional floor space so that Pioneer is equipped and ready for future growth. New and improved shelving and signage has been installed and an elevated work flow has orchestrated improvements to Receiving, Inspections, Packaging, and Shipping leading to more efficiently for expedited processing.  

We felt there was no better time to expand, revamp, restructure and reorganize. This was an enthusiastic team effort that we are thrilled to have accomplished.

Farmingdale, N.Y. – The continued expansion of Pioneer’s Preferred Vendor Program^SM, the unwavering commitment of Pioneer’s employees, and the passion to support the warfighters contributed the the most successful year in Pioneer’s 7 decade history. Pioneer’s 2018 sales were 50% higher than our previous record. Based on the orders backlogged, 2019 is on track to be even stronger.

While everyone at Pioneer is proud of this accomplishment, the Company recognizes it would not be possible without the existing vendor base, new Preferred Vendor Program^SM members that have already committed to come online in 2019, and of course, the warfighter.

Farmingdale, N.Y. – Pioneer Industries was proud to host a spectacular celebration along with key manufacturers in the maritime industry during the Workboat Annual Conference in New Orleans. While each of the three (3) Workboat parties are anchored by PVP member firms, Pioneer co-hosted the event was held at Beach on Bourbon on the world famous Bourbon street. Nearly 500 people attended, representing a wide range of suppliers,

The event served to show appreciation to Pioneer’s Preferred Vendor Program members, our customer base, make an introduction to newcomers,  and foster relationship for the future. It was a Workboat shindig and good times had by all.

Farmingdale, N.Y. –  Over the past few months, Pioneer Industries has made a tremendous investment in both time and effort to transform our technological resources.  Pioneer has assessed all data storage and onsite digital records. Upgrades were made to all internal computers and servers. Now, in addition to being fully compliant with the new NIST 800-171 standard, Pioneer meets or exceeds the leading security standards and accessibility.

Furthermore, Pioneer has partnered with a third party to perform ongoing compliance audits for the company’s critical data, digital cloud storage, and information technology security.

Pioneer is currently in the final phase of its multi-year proprietary software development project.  This new program will increase the speed and efficiency of processing purchase orders, issuing quotes to government buyers, and monitoring solicitation activity.    Working concurrently with the new phone system, these IT upgrades will serve as invaluable resources to Pioneer’s vendors and military customers.

Encino, CA – Operation Gratitude thanks Pioneer Industries for Its donation to enable “chock full” Care Packages to tens of thousands brave men and women still deployed overseas; to their children anxiously awaiting their return; and to Veterans, New Recruits, First Responders, Wounded Heroes and their Care Givers.

Farmingdale, N.Y. – Pioneer was proud to be participate in an Aerospace & Defense Supplier Forum on Long Island.  Joining major companies within the industry, Pioneer was invited to a contribute in a discussion moderated by Congressman Tom Suozzi.  Suozzi is most well-known for serving on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, as well as the House Armed Services Committee.

The meeting served as a brainstorming session between defense contractors, satellite producers, and educators.  Executives from BAE, Northrop Grumman, Virgin Orbit, and Launcher also participated.  This effort to coordinate technology improvements with government demand was coordinated by New York University’s Farmingdale campus. 

Dallas, TX: Lockheed Martin Corporation’s Missles and Fire Control has issued their Supplier Report Card. Pioneer has received the highest score, a 100% overall score. The score is based primarily on Qualit and Delivery. Pioneer received a perfect score in all areas. 

Suppliers are key to the overall success of Lockheed Martin programs, products and services. Lockheed Martin rewards exceptional performance with new and continued business opportunities.

Pioneer is proud to maintain a 100% supplier rating with Lockheed and is committed to being a key supplier to industry partners. 

Columbus, OH – Pioneer Industries, Inc. was awarded a 5 year, long term contract (LTC) to supply heavy duty power supplies. These power supplies have been specifically designed to support the U.S. Army in the field. The total value of the award is $3,635,465.40.

Pioneer’s staff worked dilligently with numerous members of the supply chain to ensure these power supplies are being provided at a fair and reasonable price in a timely manner.

Farmingdale, N.Y. – December 2017, March, and May have all been company record-breaking sales months by booking. Based on an increased market share and growth in Pioneer’s Preferred Vendor Program, the business books have increased around 40% and is well ahead of plan.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Members of Pioneer’s Business Development team spent several days meeting with General Dynamics Electric Boat, Huntington Ingalls, and other industry leaders along with numerous members of U.S. Congress to discuss the importance of 355 vessel fleet.
